There are just two things you will need in order to apply for the Dreamsight Guild. You will need to be able to be a person of great merriment and you must be a Druid. Yes. This is an all Druid Guild. Can you even imagine anything more entertaining?!
Are you 85, have good enough gear and experience to raid Firelands, & do you play on Executus?

*Our server is currently too underpopulated, making recruiting (of well-geared 85ers) very difficult.
*Too many druids are worried about drops (as healers & dps boomkin will need the same gear, with the exception of trinkets, & dps feral & tanks will need the same gear). There is no simple answer to this problem. My plan was to at least make it so that if a druid wins loot that they can no longer roll need that evening, giving others a better chance to win loot, & that the won items would be given at the end of the raiding day. Whether this solves the problem enough, or only causes more outrage I cannot say.
*Lastly, we want to start raiding Firelands. Unlike raids in the past, Firelands is difficult enough that in order to have enough dps to make it we would need a couple different class buffs. Which, as you can probably understand, would be a problem.
As much as I wish for the old days back when we did raid in an all druid group, I have had enough of waiting... & I am sure so have you.
We need a new plan, and that is why I would like to start this Raiding Group.
When we have enough druids who want to do a full-druid raid we will definitely go for it, but in the mean time
